Cisco Business Edition 6000

For anything from a small to medium-sized business, all the way up to organisations which contain up to 1000 users, Cisco BE 6000 is an integrated, enterprise-class communications solution. BE 6000 provides a suite of premium features including voice, video, and mobility conferencing and messaging. Contact centre and presence features also provide excellent collaboration tools.

Using VMWare virtualisation technology, BE 6000 integrates multiple services and applications into architecture which is flexible, fast, and widely-available to users.

Based on the Cisco UCS C220 M3 rack mounted server platform, BE 6000 is more than capable of meeting demanding business requirements with high performance. A 1RU chassis filled with the latest technology does this in a compact package, with support for up to 5 VMs running co-resident on the Cisco Medium Density Server and up to 9 VMs on the Cisco High Density Server. Also supported is a full-featured redundancy for core applications within a WAN or LAN structure.

Cisco Unified Contact Center Express

Supporting up to 100 call center agents, Contact Center Express provides sophisticated and distributed automatic call distributor (ACD), interactive voice response (IVR), computer telephony integration (CTI), and agent and desktop services on a single server.

Cisco TelePresence

Enables simple session management and control of conferences. The Cisco Business Edition 6000 Advanced Video offer includes co-resident Cisco TelePresence Video Communication Server (VCS-C) software and a license for 5 traversal and 10 nontraversal calls.

Cisco Emergency Responder

Helps ensure Cisco Unified CM will send emergency calls to the correct answering point for the caller’s location. Tracks equipment moves assuring appropriate emergency call direction and effective legal compliance.

Cisco Unified Attendant Consoles

Comprising four full-featured, software-based, attendant console applications. They are designed for mid-sized to large businesses and provide intuitive, efficient, and personalized call handling for inbound calls to enhance customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
